As someone who really enjoys a slow evening whiskey, I wanted to like this more. It does cool the drink a little without watering it down, which I appreciate, but it just doesn’t stay cold as long as I hoped. After a short bit, my drink was pretty much back to room temp. It’s not terrible, just not something I’d rave about. I’d give it 3 stars.

It worked okay for me. The ice did seem to last a bit longer, but not by a whole lot. I was expecting it to hold up more, and then halfway through I noticed it was already melting quick, so... yeah, it helps a little, just not as much as I hoped.

I had a hard time figuring out how to use the site. It felt a bit confusing, and I was expecting more clear instructions or guidance to help me know what to do next...

I ordered from whiskeyball.com thinking it would show up in a few days, but the shipping ended up taking way longer than I expected. I had bought it because my brother was coming over and I wanted to have it in time, so it was frustrating not getting many updates and having to keep checking. It did eventually arrive, but I wouldn’t order again if I needed something quickly

I had to follow up more than once just to get any kind of response, which was frustrating. When they finally did reply, it felt like they hadn’t really read what I sent. Compared to other places I’ve ordered from, where support usually at least acknowledges the issue and tries to help, this was disappointing. No clear solution, no apology, just short replies that didn’t really get me anywhere. For something that should’ve been simple, it turned into a hassle. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from Whiskey Ball again.

I was feeling mentally drained when I tried it, so I didn’t have a ton of patience to overthink it. The ice was clear enough overall, but there were still a few cloudy spots here and there. Not bad, just kind of okay

I use this often for my whiskey and it does the job, keeps it nice and chilled. After a little while though it does kinda water it down some, so not perfect. Still, not bad at all and I keep reaching for it

My order showed up with the box badly crushed, and the padding around the bottle didn’t seem strong enough. I was disappointed, and I was also expecting a faster response when I reached out about it.

I actually think the site looks nice overall. The design is clean and easy to get around, and the dark style really fits the whiskey vibe, in my opinion. I know some people might nitpick it, but it works well for the brand. That said, a few pages did feel a little crowded, so maybe those could be cleaned up a bit.

It’s still holding up good so far. A friend actually recommended it to me, and I’m glad I gave it a try.

Just a fair warning if you’re thinking about buying these whiskey balls: they look nice and feel sturdy, but they don’t chill the drink as much as I expected. They do cool it down a little, and thankfully there’s no weird metallic or odd taste, so that part was fine.

That said, one of mine had a small rough spot on the edge. It wasn’t a huge deal, but it was noticeable enough that I’d want other buyers to know. For the price, they’re decent, but I wouldn’t call them amazing.

This was kind of a rip-off. I figured for the price it would feel at least a little special, but nope, it’s basic and nothing to get excited about. Then shipping and the final total made it even more ridiculous. Not the worst thing ever, but for the money? Nah, that’s some nonsense. Wouldn’t buy it again.
